General and pre-order questions

Email [email protected] or use the private chat on this page. You can ask whether a photo will work, which material fits the result you want, what information the maker needs, or whether the current schedule suits a gift date.

Support messages are typically reviewed within two business days. Complex order or maker questions may take longer.

Existing orders

Sign in to Order Support to see the current stage, tracking, photos, and notes connected to the account. For email or chat, include the order number and use the same email address associated with checkout.

Do not send payment card numbers, account passwords, or government identification through email or chat.

Shipping, damage, cancellation, or refund help

Review the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. For damaged delivery, include clear photos of the item, outer package, shipping label, and protective materials, and keep the packaging while we review it.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, marketing, or photo-use questions, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify the account before acting on a request.

Online studio

Little Paw Keepsakes operates as an online custom-order studio. Orders, photo review, progress updates, and customer support are handled through this website and our support email. We do not currently advertise a public walk-in retail location.
