Custom handmade products

Little Paw Keepsakes offers custom handmade pet memorials, sculptures, portraits, and keepsakes. Because each item is made by hand from submitted photos and notes, colors, textures, dimensions, markings, and expressions may vary from examples, previews, and reference images.

Product photos, size descriptions, production estimates, and pricing are provided for general guidance. We may update product details, availability, or pricing at any time.

Orders, photos, and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate order information and usable reference photos.

• You confirm that you have the right to upload and use all photos you submit.
• Clear front, side, and detail photos help makers complete the order more accurately.
• We may contact you for additional photos, notes, address details, or approval steps.
• Delays in your response may delay production or shipment.

If a preview or approval step is offered, it is intended for reasonable review of the custom work. Minor handmade differences are part of the product and are not defects.

Payment and checkout

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control every part of their checkout experience, security review, authorization, settlement, or refund timing. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

An order is not accepted until checkout is complete and we confirm that we can process the requested custom product. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, unsupported requests, or other business reasons.

Production and shipping

Production times are estimates, not guarantees. Custom handmade products may take longer because of photo review, maker capacity, revision needs, holidays, material availability, customs inspection, shipping carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss may pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delivery restrictions that may apply.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Because custom keepsakes are personalized and made to order, returns and cancellations may be limited once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a material issue, contact us promptly with photos and your order details so we can review a replacement, repair, remake, partial refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds, if approved, may be returned to the original payment method and can take time to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with site security, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a disruptive way, or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, product photos, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Little Paw Keepsakes or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

You keep ownership of photos and notes you submit, but you grant us a limited license to use them to provide the requested services, communicate with makers and service providers, fulfill your order, provide support, and maintain business records.

No professional advice

Our products are keepsakes and display items. They are not toys, medical items, pet care products, or professional grief counseling services. Site content is provided for general store information only.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
