Pet photos and custom materials
Pet photos and customization notes are used to make and review your custom order. We may share them with makers, studio partners, or service providers only as needed to complete the requested keepsake, quality check, support, or delivery process.
We will not sell your pet photos. We will ask for permission before using an identifiable customer order photo in public marketing, case studies, or social posts.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us run the store, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, shipping partners, makers, and customer support tools. These providers may process information only for the services they perform for us.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary storage to keep the site working and, with your permission, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Pinterest Tag to understand site performance, measure campaigns, and improve our services. These providers may receive device, browser, page, referral, campaign, and purchase-event information under their own privacy terms. We do not send a plain-text email address to Pinterest through this tag.
Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied until you accept it in our cookie notice. You can reject optional tracking there or clear this site's local storage and cookies in your browser to reset your choice. Essential account, checkout, security, and order functions may still use storage that is required to provide the service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection related to certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain types of sharing, targeted advertising, or marketing communications.
To make a privacy request, contact us through your customer account or our contact page. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, complete orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Custom order materials may be retained for order support, remake requests, quality review, or recordkeeping unless deletion is requested and we are able to delete them under applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
